Yeah, V-Rock Festival is over and i'm a little bit disappointed.
It was a great idea for overseas-fans to make a live broadcast, but i really was expecting more than that.
On Saturday the Moi dix Mois concert really flashed me xD it actually was great, in my opinion one of the best concerts that overseas-fans could see. Because there were just short cutouts from the other bands, or we couldn't even see them at all.
And so Sunday was coming, i was so nervous, because Versailles should play, and man i LOVE Versailles. They mean everything to me.
Yeah, but shit happens.
I was sitting in front of my laptop for about 2 hours and waiting for Versailles - nothing. Just some other bands and looots of interviews. I was really really disappointed. The day before they didn't show the Marilyn Manson concert - so i was really worrying that they won't show the Versailles concert.
Actually i was right - but then they showed a short cutout - and it really meant the WORLD to me. I'm so thankful that they showed this short video.
On the one side i was so happy - they had new costumes and they looked SO amazing, especially Kamijo. But on the other side Jasmine was missing. It really hurts, so much.
But instead of any random support bassist there was You from Matenrou Opera playing the bass. Oh my god, i was so touched. Nobody could ever continue Jasmine You's work except from You. I know that he will never be a "real" Versailles' member, he IS matenrou, but for me Versailles and Matenrou Opera are like siblings. Their music is so different, but in my opinion Versailles couldn't exist without Matenrou and Matenrou not without Versailles.
I want to thank You so much, I want to tell him how much it means to me, that he's going to support Versailles with all his power.

It's really not that easy to look at Versailles and listen to their music if you know that Jasmine has gone. But actually it makes everything better if you know that You is there and helps Versailles on their way.

I think Jasmine would be proud of you, You. And so do I.
